Q: Can I rent just one or two bedrooms?
A: Yes. Choose 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms. We close unused rooms and adjust the rate accordingly.

Q: If I only rent 1 bedroom, will I share the house with other guests?
A: Absolutely not. Casa Ocean Breeze PR is always rented to one group at a time. When booking, choose how many bedrooms you’d like open (1, 2, or all 3). The unused bedrooms are locked for your stay, but the rest of the residence—including the living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies, and amenities—is 100% private to you and your group. This ensures you enjoy the privacy, comfort, and security of having the entire home to yourselves, no matter the bedroom option selected.

Q: Are utilities included?
A: Yes, typical residential usage is included. Please use A/C responsibly. We’re happy to discuss longer-term utility expectations before booking.

Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: A/C is in all three bedrooms. Common areas are fan-cooled with ocean breezes.

Q: Do you have backup power and water?
A: Yes. Solar with battery backup (note A/Cs don’t run on batteries overnight) and two 600-gal cisterns with filtered rainwater.

Q: Is there a washer and dryer?
A: Washer in-home and outdoor clotheslines for drying (no dryer).

Q: Is the home accessible?
A: This top-floor unit is street-level with two steps at entry and no interior stairs.

Q: Can I store extra furniture or boxes?
A: No. There is no storage for large personal items or furnishings—best suited for clothes and everyday essentials.

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No pets allowed.

Q: What’s the minimum stay?
A: Biweekly to monthly on our direct site. Monthly+ is preferred and discounted.
