THANK YOU (MUCHAS GRACIAS) for considering Casa Ocean Breeze for your stay in beautiful ARECIBO, PUERTO RICO. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions so that you understand our policies and procedures as well as your rights and obligations. We expect our responsible and registered guests to respectfully observe our terms and conditions listed at all times during your stay.
CAPACITY
Our home can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests (each guest must be at least 10 years old). Our nightly rates are based on total occupancy. Our base rate includes the first four guests. Each additional guest will incur an additional guest fee of $5 per person per night equal to the total number of nights per reservation. Partial stays will not be accepted. If Guests 5-8 only stays for part of the total stay, the total stay will be added to the cost of the reservation.These fees help us cover the cost of additional linens and laundry services, utilities and other costs associated with accommodating additional guests.
YOUNG CHILDREN/INFANTS
Because our property is on a steep hill and the home itself is furnished for adults, it is not well suited for infants and children younger than 10 years old. Please note that the entire home is made of concrete with terrazzo stone floors throughout. We welcome mature young and older adults, couples, families and small groups.
PETS
Casa Ocean Breeze does not allow pets on the premises.
SMOKING
Casa Ocean Breeze is NO SMOKING property.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
Due to the time, energy and cost of preparing and detailing the home for our arriving guests, we do not accept bookings less than 4 consecutive nights. Our minimum stay is 5 nights during peak/holiday season.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in: Flexible (But not before 12:00 Noon Local Time)
If you plan to arrive between 12AM – 9AM, you will need to reserve the night before.
If you plan to arrive between 9AM-12 Noon, please send us a message.

*If you require early luggage drop off, early or late check in/late departure, please let us know as these are based on availability
**Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you depart prior to the check-out date on your Booking Confirmation for any reason, no refund will be given
***Applicable taxes, service charges, and value added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to your bill. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law
****A later check-out time might be granted on your departure day dependent upon room availability. Just let us know as soon as possible.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
All Primary Guests (The Guest who makes the reservation) must be at least 25 years old. A valid government-issued ID will be required at the time of booking.
ALLERGIES
If you have any allergies, please let us know prior to your arrival.
LEGAL
We will not be responsible for any omission, negligence or error due to website maintenance or difficulties. The property is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or any other valuables. The owners reserve the right to assign and reassign the guest to such accommodation as the Owners see fit. The Owners reserve the right to hold guests liable for undue damage to property. For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when coming and going.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Your privacy is very important to us. All disclosed information including your email address, name, company name, address, phone number or fax number will be used solely for the purposes of contacting you in reply to your requests for information or reservations availability and is not sold, rented or otherwise given to third parties and is divulged only when you request to make a reservation. Your credit card information is used solely for processing payments.
