What We Do
Finding a home in Puerto Rico can feel a little overwhelming. The real estate purchasing or rental process is very different than what you may be used to. You may feel compelled to make snap decisions during a quick visit, or get stuck in a long lease in a neighborhood you may not like.

That’s where Casa Ocean Breeze comes in. Our place is fully furnished and stocked with everything you need, so you can settle in for a few weeks—or a few months—while you get to know the island. Take your time exploring different towns, hanging out in local cafés, and discovering the neighborhood that really feels like “the one.”
We’ve Been There
We made the move to Puerto Rico full-time in 2021 and never looked back. Along the way we learned the ins and outs of island life and can’t wait to share our favorite tips, spots, and little discoveries with you.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Q: Can I rent just one or two bedrooms?
A: Yes. Choose 1, 2, or all 3 bedrooms. We close unused rooms and adjust the rate accordingly.
Q: If I only rent 1 bedroom, will I share the house with other guests?
A: Absolutely not. Casa Ocean Breeze PR is always rented to one group at a time. When booking, choose how many bedrooms you’d like open (1, 2, or all 3). The unused bedrooms are locked for your stay, but the rest of the residence—including the living areas, kitchen, bathrooms, balconies, and amenities—is 100% private to you and your group. This ensures you enjoy the privacy, comfort, and security of having the entire home to yourselves, no matter the bedroom option selected.
Q: Are utilities included?
A: Yes, typical residential usage is included. Please use A/C responsibly. We’re happy to discuss longer-term utility expectations before booking.
Q: Is there air conditioning?
A: A/C is in all three bedrooms. Common areas are fan-cooled with ocean breezes.
Q: Do you have backup power and water?
A: Yes. Solar with battery backup (note A/Cs don’t run on batteries overnight) and two 600-gal cisterns with filtered rainwater.
Q: Is there a washer and dryer?
A: Washer in-home and outdoor clotheslines for drying (no dryer).
Q: Is the home accessible?
A: This top-floor unit is street-level with two steps at entry and no interior stairs.
Q: Can I store extra furniture or boxes?
A: No. There is no storage for large personal items or furnishings—best suited for clothes and everyday essentials.
Q: Do you allow pets?
A: No pets allowed.
Q: What’s the minimum stay?
A: Biweekly to monthly on our direct site. Monthly+ is preferred and discounted.

My fiancé and I absolutely loved staying here! We were very pleased with everything about this place. It was clean, very organized with necessities, as well as helpful reminders, it was gorgeous, comfortable, and of course, the view and the ocean breeze were awesome! Nerissa and Josh were great at communicating with us before and while we stayed in their beautiful home. They were amazing hosts! Would definitely return :)

This place was breathtaking! Just an all around beauty! From the moment you pull up to the home. The ocean views, breeze, comfortable beds, nearby beaches, shopping plaza/fast food restaurants all located at the tip of our finger tips. I really enjoyed my Bday Vacation and this beautiful home definitely contributed to that. Great place, great view, beautiful house. Not as windy as I wished.
